Confidentiality Policy
Information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly private. Your personal details, session discussions, and records will not be shared with outside parties without your explicit written consent.
- Limits of Confidentiality: Privacy protection is maintained except where required by law, including:
- Reasonable suspicion or evidence of child, elder, or vulnerable adult abuse or neglect.
- Explicit threats of imminent severe harm to yourself or others.
- A valid court order or legal subpoena.
- Couples Coaching Dynamics: For joint or couples sessions, communications sent individually between sessions may be brought into joint discussions if relevant to your shared coaching goals.
Financial Terms & Cancellation Policy
- Payment Timing: Session fees ($135 for Individual / $270 for Couples) are payable in full prior to or at the time of your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged the full session fee.
- Refund Policy: Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Paid unused sessions may be rescheduled within 90 days.
