This profile includes the test results for macro and micro minerals, toxic metals and significant ratios, plus a thorough interpretation that reviews significant mineral levels and ratios and provides pertinent information related to the your metabolic rate, energy levels, autonomic balance, basic dietary guidelines and a complete dietary supplement program designed to assist in balancing body chemistry.

Supplement Costs

Supplements recommended after reviewing your HTMA results are optional (although advisable to help you get into balance) and purchased at standard ARL retail pricing.

  • Prices vary depending on your unique mineral pattern.
  • Most clients spend approximately $175–$200/month, but all plans can be adjusted to your comfort level.
  • Herbal alternatives may be incorporated when appropriate.
  • Optional dietary program $60
    A personalized transition dietary plan based entirely upon the results of your hair tissue mineral analysis. This 22-25 page report includes three complete transition diets, menu plans and a wealth of information covering food preparation, eating habits, modifying one’s habits, cooking, shopping and other valuable information.

What to Expect

  1. Order your HTMA Full Report Package.
  2. Receive your instructions immediately. After ordering, you will receive an email with instructions for obtaining your sample and the link to our digital intake form.
  3. Submit your sample. Mail your hair sample to our office. Once received, we submit it to the ARL laboratory for processing.
  4. Rapid Lab Analysis. Once the lab receives the sample, results are typically generated in 2–3 business days. We will contact you to schedule your consultation as soon as the data is ready.
  5. Consultation & Plan Delivery. You receive your full mineral report plus your personalized balancing plan during our session.
  6. Implementation. Professional-grade supplements or custom herbs (if desired) are ordered afterward at retail price.

Retests follow the same structure:

    Includes the complete Multi-Element Laboratory Assay provided in Profile I (test results for macro and micro minerals, toxic metals and significant ratios. A chart is provided that identifies the your information and graphically illustrates the test results), plus a thorough 12-15 page interpretation that evaluates any significant changes in your biochemistry. A detailed comparison of current mineral levels and ratios with previous test results, modifications to the dietary supplement program.
